Saat Jatah Rakyat Harus Di Kebiri
Saat data statistik menunjukkan bahwa perekonomian Indonesia semakin membaik, namun tidak begitu dengan Ireland dan negara2 Eropa Barat yang sedang gonjang-ganjing dengan krisis ekonomi yang terjadi sejak tahun 2008 hingga kini. Ireland, swiss, England dan beberapa negara yang di prediksi akan aman dari krisis ekonomi nyatanya tidak begitu yang terjadi, justru Ireland menjadi negara pertama yang jatuh ekonominya pada bulan oktober 2008 di jajaran negara2 Eropa barat. Jatuhnya perekonomian di Ireland di warnai dengan kasus Anglo Irish Bank dan merambat ke perusahaan yang mulai mengadakan job cuts. Hingga saya menuliskan ini job cuts masih terjadi di Ireland. Tak pelak lagi ratusan ribu kini menjadi pengangguran dibanyak kota di Ireland. Krisis ekonomi yang semakin mencekik rakyat dan pemerintahan ini memaksa pemerintah untuk menyeimbangkan antara tax dan pengeluaran negara. Ketetapan undang2 pun banyak yang dirubah dari para pekerja immigrant, social walfare, tax. Pekerja Immigrant yang sudah tinggal bertahun-tahun di Irelandpun terpaksa harus deal dengan peraturan baru, yaitu pemerintah tidak mengeluarkan working permit untuk sementara, dan bagi para pekerja immigrant yang mendapatkan job cuts dari perusahaanya diberikan waktu 3 bulan untuk mendapatkan perkerjaan baru. Hal ini tentunya mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari Immigrant Right Ireland yang mencoba naik banding untuk membantu para immigrant workers di Ireland yang sudah tinggal bertahun-tahun. Tidak hanya sampai sampai disitu, pemerintah saat ini mencoba mengurangi beberapa social welfare, bahkan beberapa jatah untuk kesejahteraan anak. Inipun menjadi argumentasi dibanyak kalangan politik, pemerintah dan khususunya masyarakat Ireland dan immigrants pada umumunya. Perekonomian Ireland diketahui belakangan ini merosot tajam, yang menyebabkan pemerintah harus bekerja ekstra untuk kembali ke perekonomian semula. Namun sayang, perubahan ekonomi yang merosot tajam mau tidak mau mempengaruhi jatah kesejahteraan masyarakat. Beruntungnya ditengah2 gentingnya ekonomi, beberapa pihak mengajak masyarakat untuk bersikap tenang dan bersatu dalam melawan krisis ekonomi. Dengan mengingat sejarah Great Famine di Ireland 200 tahun yang lalu yang menyebabkan hampir 1 juta orang meninggal karena kelaparan, dan sebagian berimigrasi ke Amerika. Berharap pemerintah Ireland dapat belajar dari sikap 'sembrono' dengan pengeluaran negara yang tak terkontrol. Jika ini diwaspadai sejak semula, tentunya krisis ekonomi di Ireland tak kan terjadi separah saat ini. Sesal memang sebuah pelajaran, dan kesalahan sudah seharusnya diperbaiki. Sebenarnya artikel ini mau saya tulis di 'An Indonesian Woman's Diary' yang blog ini saya buat memang khusus dalam bahasa Inggris. Blog An Indonesian Woman's Diary ini juga saya buat dalam rangka meramaikan dunia perblogeran Indonesia ke tingkat yang lebih luas, dalam arti pemikiran, ide dan saran para blogger Indonesia bisa dibaca di mana saja dengan pemakaian bahasa Inggris. Sebagaimana kita tahu bahwa bahasa Inggris menjadi bahasa international yang dipakai banyak negara, maka sudah seharusnya blog dari Indonesia dalam versi bahasa Inggris lebih di ramaikan. Terlebih lagi Indonesia sudah masuk dalam G20. Lalu apa hubungannya? so pasti ada hubungannya. Karena saya yakin banyak sekali bloggers Indonesia yang suka menulis tentang perpolitikan di Indonesia.
Salah satu blogger yang turut serta meramaikan (bahkan menganjurkan) blog Indonesia dengan versi bahasa Inggrisnya adalah Bang A. Fatih Syuhud. Abang yang berparas tampan dan manis ini memang benar2 perlu mendapatkan award khusus dari dunia perblogeran. Bagaimana tidak, postingannya yang berversi bahasa inggris dan murni tulisan sendiri ini, sekilas nampak layaknya bahwa Bang Fatih ini seperti seorang jurnalis. Selain pandai menulis, bang Fatih juga seorang yang mempunyai wawasa luas dan seorang blogger yang tidak pelit hati dengan ilmu yang dimilikinya.
Jangan heran kalau sahabat bloggers berkunjung ketempatnya bang Fatih ini ada tulisan: "I'd love to see many more Indonesian bloggers blog in English, the most-widely-understood world language. So that the world knows and understands more about Indonesia by reading anything written by Blogger Indonesia".
Kalau sahabat bloggers tertarik untuk mengikuti langkah Bang Fatih ini, maka sahabat bloggers harus mempersiapkan diri mempunyai grammar bahasa inggris yang cukup. Dan satu lagi, jangan sekali2, menggunakan translation software yang banyak tersedia gratis di internet. Disamping tidak berkualitas, bagi yang memahami struktur bahasa inggris grammar maka hal ini akan terlihat jika ada kesalahan dalam penulisannya. Biasanya hal ini sering digunakan oleh para blogger yang sedang melakukan review produk.
Untuk para blogger yang sedang belajar menulis bahasa inggris, sangat disarankan untuk tidak menggunakan translation. Hal ini hanya akan membuat sahabat bloggers yang mau belajar bahasa inggris menjadi lebih tidak mengerti tentang penggunaan struktur grammar yang benar. So, saya sarankan belajarlah secara natural dan bertahap ;).

Having Fun With Gardening
My favourite spot at home is the garden. Although my garden is not really big nonetheless i like to decorate it. In fact, this activity is a hobby that I find pleasurable. I find interesting things from my new hobby such as, learning about varieties of flowers from around the world and how to take care of them. I honestly didn't really know much about the many different kinds of flowers and their names before, but since I moved to the new house I've learned more and more about gardening. At first I thought it was difficult to take care of the garden, because we need to give attention to the different type of flowers. The very first time I was gardening, I bought a jasmine plant and planted it in the garden. But because I didn't really know about gardening, the jasmine died later. It died because it was not getting enough sun and also because I planted it in the wrong season.
Even so doing a hobby such a gardening is not difficult. What we need is just to pay attention to every flower and see what type of flower can be planted to survive the winter season, otherwise you will have to re-plant new flowers each year. My mistake at first was that I was ignorant about these things. Since then, I've tried to learn more knowledge about gardening. It was difficult at the start, because I wasn't interested in gardening and I didn't want to learn about it. But when I found some interesting stuff about how to take care of the Jasmine, then I started to look at other beautiful flowers that interested me so that I could plant them in my garden.

SweetHeart + Pasta tagliatelle + Blogging = KANGEN
Hari ini aku lagi kangen, kangen berat sama si Sweetheart. Doi dah lama gak muncul di dunia blogging, katanya seh lagi sibuk, gak tau yang disibukin apa. Perasaan scheduleku lebih banyak dari dia deh tapi kok dia sebuk banged seh, hehehehe (pissss ah). Ditambah lagi aku tuh susyeeehhhh banged mau ngapel ke blognya die. Kaga bisa dibuka blognye, hikz! Keknya ada masalah neh ma leptiku or dah waktunya di LEM BIRU kali yak? (Lempar Beli Yang Baru, heheheh).
Akhir2 ini si philosopher mulai muncul lagi dikotak2 komen (akhirnya....). Buat merayakan kemunculannya aku mau masakin dia Pasta Tagliatelle. Katanya sih doi seneng banged ma nih pasta. Ya udah, langsunga aja yuuk kedapurnya JengSRI ;).
Bahan2:
- Pasta Tagliatelle
- Saus Pasta/Bolognese/Keju
- Meat yang sudah dihaluskan (daging sapi)
- Lettuce (bayam), wortel, timun, Paprika
- Tomat
- bawang putih
- Bawang bombay
- kemiri
- Kunyit
- Cabe merah
- Daun seledri
- Kaldu Cube
- Potong semua sayuran sesuai selera. Steam semua sayuran selama 15 menit.
- Masukkan pasta Tagliatelle kedalam air yang mendidih. Tambahkan garam dan mentega. Masak kira2 hingga 12 menit. Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Masukkan daging yang sudah dihaluskan ke dalam penggorengan yang berisi sedikit minyak. Aduk2 hingga kira 10 menit. Angkat dan tiriskan
- Campurkan olive oil ke dalam Pasta Tagliatelle yang sudah ditiriskan
- Masukkan sayuran dan daging kedalam saus pasta. Aduk hingga semuanya rata tercampur.
- Letakkan campuran saus pasta yang berisi daging dan sayuran diatas pasta tagliatelle
